Are you up for drinks at the Wynn and a chance to talk trading shop?

Not to mention dusting off your poker chops — trapping maniacs, bluffing nits, and dragging pots in a world class poker room…

Jack will be in Vegas the weekend of February 8th through 10th. (Mike will be there in spirit.) Much of the play will be had at the Wynn (where they sport electrical outlets at every seat), and possibly Aria too.

If you can drop in, stop by, or will otherwise be in town, shoot us an email (mike@ or jack@)…

Trading is serious business — but having fun is serious business too. After all, you only live once.

That’s why, when we’re away from the trading screens and not spending time with loved ones, we Mercenaries are dedicated to having an epically good time — living life to the fullest. And we invite you to join us.

Eventually there will be conferences and scheduled events of a more formal nature. (Sheer demand will likely see to that.)

But in the meantime — and for the duration — we (Jack and Mike) extend an open invitation to all Mercenary community members: If we’re doing something cool, come along and “meet up” with us.

Keep in mind, we’re talking relaxed and informal here. Traders having a blast with traders, pure and simple. That’s the cornerstone of a tightly knit community. That’s how it begins.

Mercenary “meet ups” will be happening on a regular basis. Tahoe and Vegas are definites. Other cities and excursions could wind up on the list also.

Certain events (like driving school) will require a little more advance planning and prep… but many get togethers will be as simple as “Hey! We’re going to be at XYZ location at XYZ date and time. Look for the ‘M’ on the shirt pocket.”
